• Media Relations Services:
- Research, write and place news releases to consumer and trade media.
- Pitch feature stories to print and electronic media.
• Develop and maintain national and international media contacts and lists.
- Respond in timely, accurate manner to media inquiries.
- Handle crisis communications in a proactive manner.
- Organize and conduct news conferences.
- Develop press kits and detailed information for media.
Publications: Research, write, design & print publications or collateral materials including newsletters, magazines, annual reports, brochures and direct mail in print and digital format for internal and external audiences.
Special events: Plan, implement and publicize special events including product launches, fund raising events, anniversary celebrations, groundbreaking ceremonies, dedication ceremonies, grand openings, open houses, etc. Represent the client with volunteer committees in coordinating events, and working with vendors and news media in implementation and publicity.
Speeches and Presentations: Write speeches and create Powerpoint presentations. Develop and publicize institutional Speaker's Bureau and create opportunities within the community for presentations.
