You will receive a detailed estimate outlining the entire plan of events for your marketing, advertising or website design projects. A discussion will take place with regard to how this plan will achieve the success you desire.
We bill on a "cost per project" and adhere to all written budget agreements... there are never any surprises or added costs. We also accept monthly retainers for consultation and special priority projects.
At every stage of a project there are verbal or written updates, digital proofs, and written transcripts when appropriate and at no extra cost. We do not set limits on these items. It is important to keep our clients informed and up to date on the progress of their work.

Our portfolio will be made available to you for your review prior to contracting with us. It is our policy to have a contractual agreement with our clients for each project or a deposit before we begin work. All balanced must be paid in full upon completion of each project unless alternate terms are specified in the contract. We do not grant refunds in any circumstance. We never state or offer a guarantee nor do we make specific promises with regard to the effectiveness or results of an ongoing or a completed project.
